Funny Girl

Gracie sure keeps us laughing these days. This weekend, I was nursing Anna. When I was finished Gracie said, "Oh Mommy, baby sister done drink a milk! Praise the Lord!" Didn't know she'd be so excited about that :).

She also put on Justin's shoes on Saturday and went walking around the living room saying, "Gracie going to work. Fly Daddy's airplane." When Justin asks her what is inside of his airplane, she says, "kids, medicine and missionaries." Sometimes she adds mail and food too!

I gave Anna a bottle the other day. When I was done I set it on the table and went back into the bedroom to get something. I came out and heard Gracie saying "baby sister, need a bit more milk?" And this is what I saw.

Playing at home

Things aren't nearly as exciting now that Mimi and Pa are back in CA, but we are still managing to have fun at home! Here is some of what we have been up to the past few days.

Gracie likes to play with stickers and she decided to try putting them on her face this time. She had fun . . . until it was time to pull them off. Ouch!

Gracie LOVES to talk! It's just about constant. We say that she gives us a running commentary on life!

Blowing Bubbles

Mimi taught Gracie how to blow bubbles yesterday. She is very proud of herself and happy to show her baby sister!

Gracie used to call Anna "baby Anna" but now it is "baby sister." We think it is really cute!

Flying

Justin flew solo on the Helio today. He is working really hard and is learning a ton! Most days he has one flight in the morning and another one in the afternoon. In a few weeks he will start training on the Cessna 206. Thanks, Dad for the awesome shots!
