We spend several hours every week on Skype with our family in CA! The girls LOVE Skype. In fact, if Anna hears Skype turn on and there isn't anyone to talk to, she gets so upset (throw herself on the floor kind of upset). Our family is so great; they actually play with our girls via the computer! Right now the girls love to play kitchen (feed whoever is on the other side of the computer), hide-n-seek and read books. Oh and extended-family birthdays are the best! The girls get ice cream with candles and we have a little Skype party. We are so blessed by the huge effort our family makes to stay involved in our lives even over the distance!

i just watched this, and actually kinda cried. you guys are the best and so are you're sweet families. I love the closeness that is maintained even as you are oceans away!
