Disneyland Christmas Fun

We took Gracie to Disneyland on Friday night. She loved it!

Gracie had her 6 month check up with the doctor today. She weighs 16 lbs. 10 oz. and is 27 1/4 inches long! She had to get a few shots, but only cried for a minute. She was brave.

At 6 months Gracie loves: her blankie, her paci, her exersaucer (or command center as Justin likes to call it!), chewing on toys, rolling all over the place, nap time, giggling, being naked, blowing bubbles, eating peas, playing with daddy and much more!

Things she hates: getting stuck on her tummy, being alone, the vacuum (and other loud noises), bananas, having her face wiped.

We love you Gracie girl. You bring such joy to our lives and we pray every day that you'll grow up to understand God's love for you in a personal way!

This is a picture from this morning. Gracie woke up VERY upset at 5:45 a.m. I couldn't get her to calm down and go back to sleep, so I finally fed her. That seemed to be what she needed. I put her back in her bed with some toys to play while I showered and this is what I found when I came back to get her. I guess she was still tired!

We just got back from spending a week of vacation in Oceanside. We had a great time relaxing and being together! Our place was right on the beach, so we enjoyed the sound of the waves even when we were inside. We miss it already!

Justin and Gracie on our balcony. We couldn't have asked for a better view!

Gracie and I were both happy to have daddy around a lot this week!

Here's a view of our place from the pier.

Gracie had her first ride in a "big girl" swing while we were on our trip. She loved it!

And she helped Justin build a sand castle . . . well, at least for 2 minutes before she decided she didn't like it.

Gracie loved the sand!

Our little girl is learning to sit up all by herself!

The view from our balcony.

Hanging out on the couch.

We went down to San Diego to visit the Aircraft Carrier Museum. Very cool.
